One-room declutter service by MCC Janitorial Services:

Do you have one area in your house that is really stopping you feeling sorted out and decluttered? An area that you wouldn’t want anyone else to see? Maybe it’s an out-of-control spare room, a pile of unfiled filing, an overfull wardrobe or overflowing kitchen cupboards? Whatever the area, we will help you to work out a personalized plan and a system that works for your house organization, then put it into practice in a completely sensitive and confidential way:

• We will begin with a free initial discussion by phone/ Skype, during which time we will be able to assess and agree what you would like to achieve in your home or office.
• Decluttering sessions normally lasts between 3 hours and a full day, depending on what we are trying to achieve.
• During our initial discussion we will advise on how long it would will take to declutter and reorganize the selected areas of your home and we will give you a quote for the work.
• 30 minutes’ travel each way is included. Additional travel time will be discussed and agreed beforehand.

Moving house

Everyone’s needs are different when they are moving house. You may be excited or not; you may be upsizing or downsizing; you may be doing this by yourself or with a partner/ family.

• We can help you sort and declutter before you pack.
• We can supervise the packing/moving for you.
• We can help with unpacking at the other end.
• We can also help with the endless paperwork involved.

Get in touch and we can discuss what help you need. Prices will be negotiated depending on the scale of the work, but with a 15% discount on our normal rates for jobs taking 3 days or longer.
